Daniel Cella, P.E., S.E. has more than 20 years of experience in the field of structural engineering. He graduated from the University of Missouri-St. Louis with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering and Missouri University of Science and Technology with a Master’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
